NCP was founded on rights granted to all of us from birth, "A Fundamental Right to Live". This right is also known as the right to life, a universal human right recognized in various international agreements and legal systems. It asserts that every individual has the inherent right to live and should be protected and upheld by society and the government.

The right to live encompasses protection against threats to exist, including violence, discrimination, and other forms of harm. It also implies the right to necessities such as food, water, shelter, and healthcare to ensure a dignified life.
