The People's House of Cannabis
Demands Its Seat In Washington.

After Decades of Protests and Injustice

The number of people behind bars for nonviolent drug offenses increased from 50,000 to over 400,000, according to the Drug Policy Alliance. Today, drug offenses are the leading cause of arrest in the U.S., with more than 1.5 million people arrested for drug law violations in 2019. Across the country, data shows that many states and cities have seen less than satisfying outcomes from their so-called social equity and other programs and initiatives. The people's "Deschedule Not Reschedule" campaign will result in industry-wide significant improvements.

The New Power of The Cannabis Voter As A Electoral Party

Only a political party is powerful enough to control what a government does and therefore be effectively responsible for it. The Cannabis voter is over 100mm strong across all party lines.

We No Longer Depend On Politics As Usual: Party responsibility is the attribution of collective responsibility to the political party in power for the performance of government. It is the core idea of a model, known as responsible party government. The model is rooted in the proposition that a necessary precondition for true political responsibility is full power. No individual officeholder has sufficient power over a government's actions to be meaningfully held responsible for those actions.

We are now in control of our own future.
